East Coast Game Conference 2011

At the East Coast Game Conference, Epic Games had a large presence in 2011. The return of Unreal University was a huge hit, consisting of many sessions over using Unreal Engine 3 and UDK given by members of Teotl Studios.

Unreal University

Epic Games provided free hands-on learning opportunities to attendees wanting to learn firsthand how to get started using Unreal Engine 3.

Epic’s special instructors for this occasion were two members from Teotl Studios, James Tan and Markus Arvidsson. Teotl Studios is the developer of The Ball, the first commercial release powered by Epic’s Unreal Development Kit (UDK).
